Since 2020, we've collaborated with 57 creatives for our projects, ASSEMBLAGE™ and SPRLUA. Our primary objective has been to cultivate an inclusive creative network, using music to unite creators at the intersection of exploration, ownership fairness, and well-being.
Throughout this period, we've learned that involving individuals from diverse backgrounds, especially the Black community, doesn't automatically dismantle systemic challenges. In response to these insights, in 2024, we're hosting Conversas, a series of conversations delving deep into resource imbalances within the arts sector. This initiative aims to address challenges arising from historical resource imbalances in the arts. FEZIHAUS™ stands out due to its artist-centric approach. We believe that acquiring vital knowledge empowers us to make informed career choices, attract ideal partners, and enhance our negotiating ability.
As we build, we're excited about collaborating with like-minded creatives on diverse projects. Our aim is to partner with creators and institutions that share our values of creativity, fairness, and sustainability.
